Update: Canvas, AU Access, and other web resources may be sluggish

We have identified the source of the problem to be firewall capacity and the heavy network loads that take place after 6 PM, especially on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
We are working on a solution, with a meeting scheduled for Monday, to determine how to reallocate the load. More information to follow.
