AU_Guest WiFi will offer subscription-based wireless Internet service to on-campus visitors

Auburn University has partnered with Verizon Wireless to offer subscription-based wireless Internet service to on-campus visitors. The service, known as AU Guest WiFi, will allow visitors to purchase wireless Internet access from a choice of several subscription options. Users may subscribe by selecting the “AU_Guest” WiFi network from their mobile device. Verizon Wireless is utilizing iBAHN to operate the service, process payments, and provide customer support. Wireless access via AU WiFi and AU Temp is still available free of charge to Auburn University employees, students, sponsored agents, vendors and other persons having official business at Auburn University.
