If the extension is for more than thirty days or if they are thirty days past the termination date, the Department Head needs to send an e-mail to IDM@auburn.edu requesting extension of computing access.

Affiliate
If you are employed by a State or Federal agency, a person with Auburn University login privileges must complete the Affiliate Banner ID/Access Form or the agency Head will need send an e-mail to IDM@auburn.edu requesting an ID card.
If you are employed by another organization, then a person with Auburn University login privileges must complete the Affiliate Banner ID/Access Form or the Department Head for the unit you are working with will need to send an e-mail to IDM@auburn.edu requesting an ID card.

RETIREE
The day after your last paycheck, bring your old ID card and a valid, government-issued, photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.) into the IDM office and a Retiree ID will be issued.
STUDENT SPOUSE
After paying the $80.00 student spouse fee in the Tiger Card office, located on the second floor of the Student Center, bring the receipt and a valid, government-issued, photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.) to the IDM office and an ID will be issued.
To request nonrenewable OIT Temporary Accounts, used to allow short term access to only Auburn's wireless network and OIT computing labs for vendors and other persons having official business at Auburn University for a period not to exceed 30 days, please complete the Temporary Account Request Form.
For Sponsored Accounts, available for individuals who need computing access but are not otherwise eligible as an employee, student, or contracted agent, users must be sponsored by a university department and there must be a direct relationship to the university academic mission or business function. Alumni and/or employee spouse or dependents not directly involved in the university mission are not eligible. (See OIT Sponsored Accounts)

If accepted your name will be added to a list that is sent by email to the Tiger Card office.
To verify your request has been approved and has been added to the list, call the Tiger Card office (334.844.4507).
If your name is on the list, you may then go to the Tiger Card office located on the second floor of the Student Center, behind the Haley Center, present your Faculty/Staff ID and pay $5.00 to receive your Faculty/Staff Football ID card.

GTA
The Department Head needs to send an e-mail to IDM@auburn.edu requesting a Faculty role for the Graduate Student. The request must state that the individual has completed 18 graduate semester credit hours or holds an MS degree in the discipline they are teaching and include the Banner ID number for the Student.
You will need to go to the Office of International Programs before you can come to the IDM office.
You will need to bring all of your documentation in addition to your passport and visa.

If your business receives or expects to receive recurring payments from Auburn University for goods or services, you must apply for the FastPay service on the AU Vendor Center website.
