Test Scoring Services

Test Scoring Services provides scanning and analysis of:

Test Scoring Services uses National Computer Systems (NCS) optical scanning equipment and the general forms are available at the Auburn University Bookstore in Haley Center.

Test Scoring Services is located in 107 Parker Hall (the Operations room) where 24-hour drop-off and pick-up are available seven days a week. Normal operating hours are from 7:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Under normal circumstances, results will be available the next workday. During final exams, special hours will be in effect to meet faculty needs. Scanning and Test Scoring Services deletes all scanned data the next morning. Any forms not picked up within 30 days will be destroyed. Please be sure to pick them up on a timely basis.

The scanning and test scoring services are provided for departments and activities funded by the University's general fund only.

Final Exam Hours

The expected turnaround time during Final Exams is from two to three hours. Scan sheets should be placed in an envelope with the name and telephone number of the person to contact for pickup and delivered to 107 Parker Hall.
