Computing Coordinators

Administrative Computing Coordinators (ACCs) work with the OIT Accounts Administrator to establish and customize computing profiles and access for AU employees.

HelpDesk

The OIT HelpDesk is the first line of support many users have with the Office of Information Technology.  You can contact the HelpDesk via email, phone, or walk-in.

Identity Management

Identity Management (IDM) provides oversight and maintenance of the Auburn University Enterprise Identity Data.

Instructional Multimedia Group

The Instructional Multimedia Group (IMG) offers support in several areas to help bridge the technical gap between faculty and students.

IT Directory

The IT Directory provides the organizational contacts within the Office of Information Technology and a list of the distributed IT Providers.

Student PC Shop

The Student PC Shop (SPCS) and its professionally trained technicians can diagnose and repair your personal computer.
