Remove unwanted programs from computer

How do I remove programs from my computer that I don't want anymore?
How to do it:
The Add or Remove Programs feature of the Windows XP Control Panel is used to remove programs from your computer. You could just delete all the folders and files for the program, but that would leave unwanted clutter of various kinds in system files on your computer. It is much better to get rid of unwanted programs using this method.
Follow these steps:
- Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove
Programs
- From the list, click on the program that you'd like to remove.
- Once highlighted, click Change to adjust the installation
of the selected program or click Remove to completely take
the program off of your computer.
- The installation program for the selected program will open. Follow the on-screen instructions to change or remove the program.
