About the Microsoft Campus Work at Home Agreement
Note: Our annual agreement with Microsoft covers all University-owned machines for campus departments. This includes university-owned and personal machines used to work from home (employees only).
Work at Home rights are for Microsoft Office products only. Software that will be used for work-related purposes can be installed on:
- Personal home computers used for work. Place your order through our Campus Agreement reseller, GovConnection, by contacting our representative, rmitchell@govconnection.com. The cost for the media is approximately $10. This fee must be paid by University purchase order or University procurement card. It cannot be purchased by an individual. This software must be removed from the home computer if Auburn University terminates our MS Campus Agreement or if the employee leaves Auburn University.
- University-owned computers. From an on-campus location, the software may be installed from the network through the Auburn domain.
