Connectivity > Cellular Service

Auburn University has awarded campus wide cellular contracts to Southern LINC and Verizon Wireless for push to talk two-way radio and cellular telephone service. Southern LINC is the primary provider for push to talk two-way radio service and Verizon is the primary provider for cellular telephone service. Push to talk and cellular telephone services can be purchased from either of these vendors based upon your business need. If you have a question regarding the agreements contact the appropriate vendor representative listed below. Cellular numbers active with other carriers can now be moved.

Please note: OIT is not responsible for maintaining departmental accounts with Southern LINC or Verizon. All orders for new or replacement equipment, disconnects and payments are handled by individual AU departments, not OIT.

Southern LINC and Verizon offer special discount pricing to AU employees and students. Please contact the account representatives listed below for more information. If you are a current customer of Southern LINC or Verizon contact the account representative to start receiving the discounted rates. To receive the discount pricing you must go through the account representative.
