The normal chat hours are:

• Sun 5:30pm - 9:30pm
• Mon-Thur 8:30am - 9:30pm
• Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm

The HelpDesk will be closed on Sunday, November 18th. The chat hours for November 19th & 20th will be from 8:30am-4:30pm.
