I can't log in to GroupWise Messenger
Issue:
I am trying to access GroupWise Messenger, but it is not accepting my password.
Reason:
Your AU Computing passwords are probably not synchronized.
Solution:
You will need to synchronize your AU Computing passwords.
With the new GroupWise Messenger application, Auburn University employees must synchronize their passwords to successfully log in.
If you know that you have properly synchronized your AU Computing passwords and you still cannot log in to GroupWise Messenger, please contact the OIT HelpDesk at (334) 844-4944.
