Schedule Reminder Notes

 

Task:

Schedule reminder notes for yourself and other users.

 

How to do it:

  1. Click New > Note.



  2. Type a recipient's address in the To, CC, or BC box.

    Note: To create a personal note that displays only in your Calendar, add your name only.

  3. Specify the month, day, and year you want the note to appear on the recipient's Calendar.



  4. Type a subject and message.

    Optional: Click Spell Check to spell check the message.

  5. Click Send.
