Schedule appointments
Task:
Schedule appointments for yourself and other users.
How to do it:
- Click New > Appointment.

- A new window will appear. Fill in who you want to include in the appointment.
Notice: TigerMail assumes that you are attending the meeting so it includes you in the "To:" field.

- Fill in the location, start date, time, subject, duration and any comments.

- The show as field has four options:

- Busy means you are not available but can probably be contacted in an emergency
- Free shows on your calendar but does not show you as busy in a busy search
- Tentative means you will probably attend but other factors could prevent you from coming
- Out of Office means you are not available and probably cannot be contacted
- Click Send.
- Next, the appointment will show in yours & any of the others inbox you sent it to.
- If you Accept the appointment, it will now show on the calendar and disappear from the inbox.
- If you Decline the appointment, you may add comments explaining why you can't attend. Appointment will no longer show in inbox.
- If you Accept the appointment, it will now show on the calendar and disappear from the inbox.
