TSM File Backup Login Errors
Solution:
New employees get TSM "automatically" activated when the User Name is assigned. To log in the first time, type the User Name in both the user name field and the password field. If this doesn't work, call the OIT HelpDesk to have the TSM password reset.
When a computer is transferred from one employee to another, the TSM node name and password must be changed. The TSM password can be changed within the Backup Archive client.
