Getting GroupWise for the first time

Getting a GroupWise account for the first time.

How to do it:

Note: All new Auburn University employees have GroupWise accounts set up for them automatically. Their appropriate Administrative Computing Coordinator will assist them in accessing this information.

Existing Employees

For existing employees needing to set up GroupWise accounts, follow this procedure:

  1. Send a request to your Administrative Computing Coordinator or, if you would like, submit the request online.

    Note: To submit a request online, you will need to log in using "auburn\" and your AU user name and password.

  2. Install the GroupWise desktop client software.
