Can't get to Banner after Upgrading to Java 6
Issue:
My computer prompted me to upgrade to Java 6. Now that I have, I am having trouble launching and/or printing from Banner.
Solution:
- Launch the Java Control Panel (located within the windows control panel). Start -> Control Panel -> Java
- In the Java Control Panel, on the General tab click the Settings button under the Temporary Internet Files heading
- Click the button "Delete Files" to delete temporary files.
- Uncheck the box by "Keep temporary files on my computer."
