Login Disabled Error Message

 

Issue:

 

AU Access user attempts to login and receives message "Login Disabled."

 

Explanation:

 

If an AU Access user does not log in for 360 days, their login becomes disabled. Above is a screen grab of what you will see when that happens.

 

Solution:

 

Contact the HelpDesk and request their account be re-activated. Prevention: Log in every week or so.
