Browser Problem

 

Issue:

 

I am trying to log in to AU Access but am getting this "Browser Problem" error message. What should I do?

 

Reason:

 

You have a browser issue that needs to be addressed before you can login.

 

Solution:

 

You need to disable your Pop-up blocker.

 

Once you do that, click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the error message to reach the AU Access log in screen.
