Can't Login

 

Issue:

 

I am trying to log in to AU Access but am unsuccessful. Why?

 

Solution:

If you cannot log in to AU Access some possible possible solutions are outlined below.

• If you haven't already done so, visit the Password Sync page to sync your AU computing password before you log in to AU Access.

• Confirm that you are using a recommended browser.
• Disable your Pop-up blocker
