Can't Login : OIT Support for AU Access

Issue:

I am trying to log in to AU Access but am unsuccessful. Why?

Solution:

If you cannot log in to AU Access some possible possible solutions are outlined below.

If you haven't already done so, visit the MyAccount page to sync your AU computing password before you log in to AU Access.
Confirm that you are using a recommended browser.
Disable your Pop-up blocker
