Failed Login
Issue:
When I try to login to AU Access I get this error message:

Reason:
Any one of the reasons listed below could cause your login to fail:
- You entered your User Name or your password incorrectly.
- Your password has not been synched.
- You do not have access to AU Access.
- You have your Caps Lock on.
Solution:
AU Access requires your User Name and password. This is usually the same password that you use to login to TigerMail.
- Your User Name is the portion of an AU e-mail
address before @auburn.edu (and is printed on your ID card).
Confirm that you are entering it correctly.
- Your password is usually the same password that you
use to login to TigerMail, but if you are not able to login to AU Access
you may need to synchronize
your AU passwords, wait 15 minutes, and try again.
- If you've forgotten your password, you need to contact the OIT HelpDesk at (334) 844-4944.
