Setting calendar permissions

Task:

Setting the permissions on my calendars.

How to do it:

  1. Click the “Calendars” tab.

  2. Click the “Edit” link next to the calendar for which you want to set permissions.

  3. In the new window that appears, click the “Permissions” tab.

  4. To grant permissions to a specific person, enter a User Name then click the Add User button.  (Note: by default, all users have “Availability” and “Invite” permissions but you can uncheck those if desired.)

  5. After setting the permissions you want, click OK to save the changes.
