How to request a group
Anyone wanting to form a group with three or more members may do so. Charted student organizations will be allowed to create groups that last indefinately while other groups will be reviewed and deactivated at the end of each semester unless requested otherwise at that time. To request a group do the following:
- Click on the 'Groups' icon to enter the groups area.

- Click 'Create Group'.
- Complete all the required fields and read the Group Policy.
- The request will be forwarded to OIT Accounts. Group requests are processed once per week.
- Once you have formally requested a group you must complete the Online Group Leader Certification and Quiz. Then contact the Accounts Administrator to complete the process.
