Creating a calendar set

 

Task:

 

If you want to view several calendars on one screen, you can create a calendar set.

 

How to do it:

  1. Click the “Calendar Sets” tab.
  2. Click the “New Set” icon.
  3. Type a name for the new set.
  4. Choose the calendars that you want in the set.  You can use the Quick Add drop-down menu to add calendars to the set.  (Note: You must be subscribed to the calendars you place in a set).
  5. Click OK.
  6. To view the calendar set, you can select it from the Current Calendar drop-down list.
