Higher Ed Day

Dear Students, 

Auburn University will be attending Higher Education Day in Montgomery
on Thursday, February 21, 2002. This day is fast approaching and our
school needs to exhibit a strong presence, as every school in the state
will be in attendance. There will be a free bus that will board at 9:00
a.m. across from the Sigma Nu house in the C-zone parking lot and will
travel to Montgomery. We will then attend a short rally for Higher
Education that will be followed by a Free Barbecue Lunch. During this
lunch, students will get a chance to eat and talk one-on-one with the
legislators that are in attendance. A short job-fair will taking place
following lunch and the bus should be back in Auburn no later than 3:00.
This event will be University excused and all are welcome to attend.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in getting involved in
state politics or just wanting to know what goes on in Montgomery. Thank
