Q: How can I get my mainframe password reset?
A: If ISS is your
computing coordinator,
then you need to call someone at 844-5661 and they should be able to reset it for you. Computing Coordinators can only reset passwords for those in their area.
Q: How can I get my AS/400 password reset?
A: Call ISS at 844-5661 and ask for a reset on your AS/400 password.
Q: What can be done if my reports do not come?
A: Call Deborah Owensat 844-3658 to see if the report was printed and to whom it was distributed to. You should call as soon as possible if you don't receive a report that you expect. The longer you wait to call, the more difficult it is to get the report printed again. Often, if you wait longer than 1 week, the report is no longer available for reprint and the report will have to be re-run (unless it is a report that is produced as part of updating files - daily diagnostics).
Q: Who do I contact if I need some data (ad hoc report) from one of the systems (HRS or Banner Finance)?
