Art of Living Yoga Club

Now offers Yoga classes every friday from 5pm to 6pm in the Auburn University chapel opposite to Samford hall. The mission of the club is to help every member attain his fullest potential in life. To bring a stress free mind, smile on the face and disease free body and quiver free breath to every individual.

Please call Vivek at 334-332-3556 for more details. The Art of Living is a six-day course designed to teach people breathing patterns which allow them to relax their mind, body and spirit. The benefits of the Art of Living course include:
