Video conferencing is an effective means of communicating across any distance.
The basic concept is that people in different locations can
see, speak, with and listen to each other as if in the same room via a monitor. A complex system
of cameras, monitors, and microphones make such meetings possible.
Video conferencing is offered to the entire university.
