	Erin Gibbs is a first year graduate student with the Master in Technical and Professional Communication program and serves as a Graduate Assistant for IMG. She earned her BA in English and Spanish from Auburn University in May 2010. Her hobbies include shopping, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
	Shanna Lockwood is a Graduate Assistant with IMG. She graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University in 2009 with her bachelor’s in English, and is currently a second-year graduate student in the Master of Technical and Professional Communication program. When she is not working or in class, she enjoys photography (particularly shooting Auburn football games from the sidelines), playing the piano, doing yoga, reading books about places and cultures, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
	Kathy McClelland is the IMG manager. She has a PhD from New York University in Applied Linguistics and has taught at the university level since 1976. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she hopes to better understand the problems faculty encounter with technology.
	Brandon Simmons is a graduate from Auburn University with a Master in Technical and Professional Communication. Brandon serves as a Blackboard administrator and assists faculty in the lab. His hobbies include reading, writing, playing guitar, playing video games, and sleeping.
