Up to 2 individuals may be assigned these roles from each college or unit. Each will need to be familiar with iTunes and with creating and uploading podcasts. Each will be asked to attend a brief orientation session with the AU iTunes Site Admin.

Can I podcast my lectures on Public AU iTunes?

Yes, but the whole world (literally) will have access to them.

Can I podcast my lectures only for my current students?

Yes; you can request a channel on Authenticated AU iTunes.

How do I create a podcast?

Do I have to have an Apple computer to create a podcast?

What file formats will work in AU iTunes? How about filesize?

Audio files: M4A (AAC) or MP3
Video files: Anything with h.264 compression-- MP4, M4V, MOV
No single file larger than 1GB

Can I create a vodcast (video podcast) from pictures or PowerPoint?

How do I upload my podcast to Public AU iTunes?
