1) After logging into Blackboard Toolkit, select the classes(s) you wish to e-mail. You can e-mail multiple classes by pressing the CTRL key while selecting your classes.

2) Click Send E-mail to Selected Classes.

On the next screen, fill in the e-mail (the CC field is useful for Teaching Assisstants/Co-Instructors) and send. You will receive a copy of the e-mail as well, but please keep in mind the copy will appear to come from you. If you do not receieve it, check your Junk Mail filters and ensure you're not blocking your own e-mail address.
