IMG's main office, The Faculty Development Center, located in 0015 Haley Center (across from the elevators in the basement), is staffed by personnel who offer assistance for many of today's most popular software applications.

The IMG staff is able to consider a course from an outsider's point of view and offer suggestions that may be helpful to faculty members in choosing among options.

Multimedia Instruction & Support -

The Instructional Multimedia Group staff has experience as producers and users of digital sound, image, video, and animation packages.

Computers configured to handle large files and complex multimedia applications are available for faculty use.

Software Evaluation -

The IMG maintains the latest in both hardware and software in an environment where faculty, staff, and students may determine their performance, ease of use, and features.

Technology as a Teaching Tool -

The IMG, in cooperation with other University programs and facilities, provides workshops, lectures, symposia, seminars, and teleconferences on the use of technology in instruction for faculty, students, and administrators.
