Hosts can create new meeting room templates. 4. The left column lists the meeting room(s) you selected to move. The right column lists the possible destinations for the room.
To add a meeting room to the Shared Template folder, you must have Manage permissions for that folder. By default, you have full control over meetings and templates in your user meetings folder.
Navigate to and select a template folder, such as the Shared Template folder then click Move. Your meeting room now resides in the template folder you selected and the template is added to the list in the appropriate folder.
