Troubleshooting

To grant particpants rights that they wouldn't typically have, select one or more partipants from the Attendee List pod. There are two ways to select multiple partipants:

1. Select a partipant at the top of the list, then hold down the SHIFT key and select a participant near the bottom of the list. This should select all participants in between.
2. Hold down the CTRL key (CMD on a mac) and single click on each partipant you'd like to select.

Once you have selected the participant(s), click the options menu (the gear) in the bottom right hand corner of the pod and choose Enhanced Partipant Rights.

The dialog box that appears will allow you to choose which rights to grant to the selected participants. Note that it's possible to check more than one option on this dialog box.
