Troubleshooting

Selecting the proper bandwidth allows for clearer video and less choppy audio.

Hosts can set the bandwidth for the meeting room by selecting "Optimize Room Bandwidth" from the Meeting menu.

All users can individually set theappropriate bandwidth for their individual connection.

From the Meeting menu, click "Manage My Settings" then "My Connection Speed," then choose the appropriate speed.

Note: If attendees are using a variety of connections, choose the speed of the lowest attendee. This will help prevent the participants' computers from being overloaded.
