The Honors Curriculum

caterThe Honors Curriculum consists of two programs, the Junior Honors Program,  providing students a broad enriching educational experience during their first two years, and the Senior Honors Program,  offering more focused and in-depth studies in their chosen disciplines in their last two years.  Honors students can participate in either or both of these programs, and they will receive a certificate for each one completed.

Students should visit the Honors Office to fill out a plan of study for the Senior Program early in the junior year, even if the Junior Program is not completed. It is not unusual for students to be working on both programs at the same time, especially for majors whose curricula delay core courses until the junior or senior year.
