Budget

As stated in GSC Code of Laws Article 6: Finance Law, Section 1:GSC Budget:

SECTION 1:GSC Budget
  1. All committees that require use of GSC funds must submit a written request to the BFC by the fourth week in October.
  2. The BFC shall recommend a monetary allocation of GSC funds to the Treasurerby the fourth week in November.
  3. The Treasurer shall present the allocated budget to the Senate and to the Executive Council.
  4. The Senate shall approve all changes in the GSC budget by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Senate members present.
  5. The Treasurer shall be responsible to the GSC for enforcing the provisions of the GSC budget.
  6. The President shall be responsible to the Treasurer of the SGA for enforcing the budget approved by the SGA Senate.

On October, 7 2009 the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year Budget has been confirmed and approved by the GSC Executive Board.
