Additional Publications

Quarterly Summaries of Proficiency Test results (1971-1974) from clinical laboratories tested in microbiology by the CDC proficiency testing program - I graded reports, pointed out errors, recommended appropriate procedures for identifying pathogenic bacteria, fungi, and parasites, and performing serological tests, and wrote summary analyses that were published.

Current Research Focus

A research initiative on the use of a microchip integrated system to rapidly and remotely detect pathogenic bacteria (emphasis on food safety) is currently underway.
