terms and models, 2) reports on interviews and observations conducted

subjects for comparative ethnographic study will be completed during
first five weeks. Students complete ethnography during AU Study
Abroad or with speakers of target language in their home communities. |

and collect data.Ú They analyze and interpret the results of their

guidelines. ÚFinally, they orally defend the results of the field

Options for Transfer in Credit: Six hours of Spanish only or French
only
Alabama residents only: Two campus studies: Take up to 15 hours in Spanish
or French at UA or UAB
Students may take nine hours during the first AU Study Abroad with permission
from the Foreign Language Department.
