apply to the MMIS Program, you need to complete both the MMIS Application and the Admissions Application from the Graduate School. Failure to do so will delay your admission into the MMIS Program.

Application Deadlines

Applications must be received at least three (3) months prior to the announced date of final registration for the semester in which you propose to begin your study. Though this is the official deadline, we encourage you to submit your completed application at least twelve (12) weeks in advance of your proposed entry semester to ensure timely processing.

Fall admissions are generally preferred although limited admissions may be made in other semesters.

Applicants desiring Assistantship funding are advised to complete their application for Fall admission by April 15.
