Michelle Murphy - Program Advisor, University Program Council
Michelle Murphy is a native of Southern California. She received her undergraduate degree in Government and Politics with a minor in Comparitive and International Politics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Michelle continued her studies at Cal State Long Beach and then earned a Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University. Michelle joined the Auburn Family 2004. As the Assistant Director, Student Development Programs, Michelle works extensively with the Student Government Association to plan and execute many AU activities and events. She enjoys advising Auburn students and assisting them in their development as leaders. In her spare time (what little there is), Michelle enjoys traveling, reading, making note cards, watching home improvement television shows, and planning special events.

Patricia Furr - Administrative Associate, University Program Council
Patricia Furr is the Administrative Associate for the University Program Council. She has 28 years of customer service and business experience, including 3 years of formal training in business and office education. She has been with UPC for 3 years but has lived in Auburn for 16 years. Her favorite part of her job is working with students. She and her husband Mike have been married for 21 years. Patricia has two sons: Corey is a Junior at Auburn High School, and Justin works as a software engineer and lives in Daphne with her daughter-in-law Alice. In her free time she enjoys watching America's Funniest Home Videos, crafts, and spending time with her family and 2 pets: Sassy the Cat and Cole the Jack Russel "Terror."
