We at the Winston Salem VR office (North Carolina) now have Videophones for use in six offices. This allows clients to communicate in their native language (ASL) and has been a great benefit for use by clients for quick meetings, etc. Also, now if there is an emergency, our applicant can go to one of our offices and contact us via Videophone.
