An existing CORE approved graduate rehabilitation counseling program is offered to employed rehabilitation counselors working for the twelve state vocational rehabilitation agencies in the Southeast utilizing a mixture of on-campus and Internet learning experiences.  The result of these efforts will be 50 graduates during the five years of the project whom will each earn a master degree in rehabilitation counseling and meet the professional requirements of their positions as established in the Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD).  The program graduated its first class of 24 students August 2001 after completing this 71 semester hour program in two years.

This has been a magical journey that has transformed me and made me a better person.  I know the goal was to make a better rehabilitation counselor and I feel that I am that too, but I could not have made that transformation without having made this journey.  I have learned so much.  It has been the journey of a lifetime.  Thank you for making it the greatest adventure of my life.
