How to subscribe to a class podcast in iTunes:

- Go to "Music Store" in iTunes. http://www.apple.com/itunes/
- Click "Podcasts" (inside the music store, left column).
- Type "RSED" into the search window (inside the music store, left column) and enter.
- Highlight the course you want and click the "Subscribe" button (right side).
- Go to the Podcasts folder in YOUR local iTunes (outside of the store, left frame). Your newly loaded subscriptions will be there. Click the small triangle to expand or hide individual classes within the main course subscription.
- For classes that have already taken place, click "Get" if you want them. Subsequent classes will download automatically, and will be synched to your iPod automatically when you connect it to your computer.
- In Podcast Settings, (iTunes >> preferences, podcasts), make sure you're set to update every day so you get classes hot off the press.
