Just Medicine virtual panel discussion - February 4 at 6 p.m.

Please join COSAM OIED and our 2019 Inclusive Excellence in STEM student awardee, Hayleigh Hallam, as we host a panel discussion entitled Just Medicine - A Cure for Racial Inequality in American Health Care, an extension on topics covered in Dayna Matthew’s book by the same name.

This virtual event will take place on February 4 at 6 p.m., featuring a panel of professionals who will be discussing health disparities in medicine that exist among members of racial and ethnic populations receiving care in the United States and the work that can be done towards achieving a just healthcare system.
