Welcome to the COSAM Instructional Technology Website!
H1N1 flu disruptions The Instructional Media Group has put together a page to assist professors with handling the increased number of absences and make-up work due to H1N1 flu infections this Fall.
Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) Snow Leopard will be in stores on August 28th. We do have some licenses here in COSAM, and more details will be posted later on how you can get your computer upgraded. If you think you might be interested in upgrading, please take a look at the system requirements to make sure Snow Leopard will run on your computer. Snow Leopard System Requirements Due to our License situation, COSAM IT will not be giving or loaning out disks of Snow Leopard. We will gladly come and install it, but we are not able to loan or give out disks anymore. If you would like your own disk, they will be available at the AU Bookstore for $29. Also, if you bought an Apple computer on or after June 8th, you can recieve a free upgrade to Snow Leopard for just the shipping cost ($9.95). More information on that can be found on this website. Snow Leopard Up-to-Date Program
Microsoft Windows Vista Until further notice, Auburn is not supporting Windows Vista on University computers because some key applications do not work with Vista. IT Units are currently testing and working to make sure all applications work with Vista before Auburn implements the OS on a large scale.
