- SCP is part of Climate Career Panel.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 SCP/Trainee Conversations during Semester.
- SCP & Trainee agree upon Research Project.

Non-Traditional Internship
- Trainee conducts agreed upon climate-related Research Project.
- Potential chapter in Trainee's Dissertation.

Trainee Travels to Stakeholder Organization
- Trainee presents findings to SCP.
- Trainee tours the organization.
- Travel funded by NRT.
