COSAM IT delivers unified technology support for students, faculty, and staff at the College of Science and Mathematics. COSAM IT collaborates with other departments, colleges, and Office of Information Technology (OIT) to advance the academic and research mission at Auburn University.

COSAM IT uses Bomgar Remote Assistance to provide fast on-screen technical assistance. Remote assistance is available wherever internet access is available.

System Patching:

  • System Updates are scheduled for the 3rd Friday of each month between 5PM - 10PM
  • Planned update notices are sent out 2 business days prior to maintenance window
  • Emergency or Critical Updates will be completed when necessary
  • Access System Updates Calendar - (COSAM Users Only, Login Required)

NOTE: Friday Home Football Games - Office closes at 2:45PM, Email Support is available.
