SUBJECT: March 15, 2005, Gulf State Park Hotel Developer Pre-Submittal Information Conference

Please note that Auburn University will host an informational meeting for interested developers on March 15 from 1:30 p.m. until approximately 4 p.m. at Craft Farms in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The meeting will be in the Cypress Bend Room, located in the Golf Shop. Individuals wishing to survey the proposed hotel site will be guided to the property following the meeting. The proposed self-guided property survey will begin following the informational meeting at approximately 4 p.m. For Craft Farms directions and hotel reservations, please visit the resort's web site at www.craftfarms.com.

Attendance at the March 15 informational meeting is strongly encouraged. The meeting will provide information that will be helpful in furthering the attendees' understanding of the project, and will include a question and answer session that may also prove beneficial.
