New for 2009

Tiger Transit

A new off-campus stop has been added to the Tiger Transit schedule. Sam's Club (2335 Bent Creek Road, Auburn - Exit 57) replaces the K-Mart stop. Additional off-campus Tiger Transit locations include Colonial Mall (Opelika Road - Auburn), and the Tiger Town Shopping Center (Opelika - Exit 58).

Food Service in Student Center

Fans can enjoy some of their favorite places to eat inside the new Student Center on game days this season. Chick-Fil-A, Outtakes, Starbuck's and Chef's Table will be open to the public whenever the Tigers play at home. These venues will be open at least two hours before kickoff through two hours following the game.

The Tailgate Guys

Fans who want a fun and easy tailgating experience without the hassle now have a new option. The Tailgate Guys will take care of all the tailgating details from set up to break down so you never miss a second with your friends and family. For more information visit www.tailgateguys.com.

Stadium Tram

Two tram routes have been established to shuttle guests from various parking lots to specific drop off points on the East and West sides of the stadium. This service will begin 2 hours prior to the game, end at kick-off and resume at the conclusion of the game. Please see the game day map for further details.

Mell Street Corridor

To improve safety, parking and post game exiting, game day guests will ONLY be allowed to acccess parking in the Mell Street corridor from College Street via Roosevelt Drive. Guests parking south of Roosevelt Drive will be required to park facing south and guests parking north of Roosevelt Drive will be required to park facing north.

Guest Assist

Guest Assist provides a simple text message code that will permit Auburn fans to send questions, concerns or requests via their mobile phones to the command and control center at Jordan-Hare Stadium. For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text the word Auburn, followed by your message and location to 78247. Standard text messaging rates apply.

Samford Avenue

On the street parking on the south side of Samford Avenue, from Duncan Drive to Donahue Drive is prohibited. This change was made to provide for a safer pedestrian corridor and to enhance post game traffic.

Samford Avenue Extension

East of the campus, Samford Avenue has been extended to intersect with Glenn Avenue. While traveling East on Samford Avenue, fans may now cross East University Drive, continuing on Samford Avenue to Glenn Avenue. Glenn Avenue leads to easy access to I-85 via Bent Creek Road.

CDV Extension Parking

Parking in the lots surrounding the CDV Extension Buildings is now marked as Resident Parking for Auburn University students.

The Village

The Village, Auburn’s new student residences, will be marked as a no tailgate area for the 2009 season.
