First Aid

The First Aid Stations are located under Section 46, East Upper Deck, and West Upper Deck. Police officers and security guards will be patrolling the stands. If you need assistance, please look for an officer. If you bring children to the game, please instruct them to look for an officer if they become separated from you. A child ID program is available in the Tiger Team Village prior to each game.

ATM

An ATM can be found outside on the west side of Jordan-Hare Stadium next to the Dawson Building adjacent to Gate 18. Credit cards will be accepted at select concession stands.

Disabled Services

Elevator passes: Fans in the upper deck that are handicapped or have special needs can request an elevator pass. A letter from a doctor or a copy of your disabled parking placard can be faxed to Judy Mask at (334)844-2399 or mailed to Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum Room 2047, Auburn, AL 36849.

Handicapped parking spaces remain in effect on game day. Please be considerate of others. To park in handicapped parking areas, fans will need a state-issued handicapped hang tag or license plate.

Golf Cart Shuttle

A Golf Cart Shuttle is available in the scholarship parking lots and at numerous locations around the stadium to provide transportation to Jordan-Hare Stadium. There is no set schedule for the shuttle.

Chair-Back Rental

Watch the game in comfort by purchasing a chair-back seat. The chair-backs are available for rental at each game on the lower east and west concourses, as well as the upper decks.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside Jordan-Hare Stadium. Smoking is allowed on the outer concourses only. Smoking on ramps is prohibited.
