Welcome to Auburn University’s Office of Special Events

Important to remember when planning and submitting your event:

  • Sponsorship - all events must be sponsored by a university unit, department, office, organization, or venue (AU USERID REQUIRED).
  • Venue Reservation - sponsor contacts the venue separately to ensure availability for the date(s) desired. CEPS is not a booking site for events.
  • Facilities Use Agreement - for indoor space
  • Land Use Agreement - for outdoor space
  • All events must be submitted 30 days in advance - to ensure your event has time to move through the approval process

Student Organizations should reserve concourse space through AUInvolve and not through the Campus Event Planning System.
